Thecla Idahosa

Thecla Idahosa is a IFBB Pro BodyBuilder currently living in Cardiff, Wales.

Thecla, aka Tee, started her bodybuilding journey in 2015, becoming a well known competitor across Wales, winning a host of awards on the regional and national circuit.

In 2019, Tee decided to progress onto the British stage, winning Athletic Figure 2019. From this success, Tee moved to NPC/IFBB attaining the Pro Card, competing in America this year after her rookie winning season, this will take place in the Pittsburgh Pro in Spring 2020.

Tee says, “I’m so grateful to have Matt and The Treatment Room supporting my prep for the Pittsburgh Pro this year! With all the training I do, it’s great to know that I have a team behind me ready to fix me and get me back to training asap. With only a few more weeks to go until I’m off to America, it’s gives me a lot of confidence knowing that I’ll be heading out there in optimal condition ready to hit the stage! It’s also great to be working with a local company, giving me access to excellent local and convenient treatments”.

Her goal is to one day compete at The Olympia, and receive an invite to the coveted Arnolds!
