Ross Oakley
Ross Oakley
Founder | Senior Sports Massage Therapist
I graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2014 with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation & Massage. My career began with placements at Newport Gwent Dragons RFC and Cardiff Blues RFC, where I gained first-hand experience working with elite athletes.
In 2013, I launched The Treatment Room Group in the UK to provide a higher level of care for both athletes and the general public. A decade later, I expanded the business internationally, opening The Treatment Room Dubai in 2023.
Over the years, I’ve worked with international athletes, professional sports teams and high-net-worth individuals. My work has taken me all over the world, including supporting New Zealand Rugby at the Rugby World Cup, Tonga and Japan Rugby during international tours, and professional football and hockey squads. Alongside this, I continue to travel privately with clients who require high-level treatment and care wherever they are based.

One of the most unusual experiences in my career was setting up my massage table on a private jet and treating a client mid-flight at 40,000 feet – definitely not your everyday clinic setting.
